Denise primarily operates within the Business Services area and has extensive experience in providing day to day management and value-added services to all facets of businesses, whether emerging or in existence.
She is the founding partner/director of Charters and has, over the years, been advising a wide range of small and large businesses in all areas of taxation, accounting, company secretarial, restructuring, refinancing, business plans and performance improvement measures.
Denise deals with a wide range of clients in the property market, investment companies, legal and medical practitioners, retail and wholesale industries, computer consultants, franchised operations, pastoral and services industries.
SIMON BAILDHAM

Simon has been working in the Taxation and Business Services fields since 1993 and his specialist areas of expertise include structuring, capital gains tax, tax planning and superannuation.
Prior to 2003 Simon was with Barrington Partners in Perth where he was responsible for the provision of taxation, accounting and superannuation advice to a wide range of clients, both in Western Australia and overseas.
Simon is a company secretary and director in a number of public and private companies and currently provides advice to clients ranging in the property market, investment companies, legal and medical practitioners, building industries, computer consultants, franchised operations and the services industry
TONI ANGELEVSKI

Toni, who will be the Engagement Partner for the Group, operates in the areas of Business Services, Taxation and Audit and Assurance, from all aspects of operations, as well as financial management of corporations and will be responsible for the execution of the services to your group.
Prior to 2004 Toni was with Moore Stephens BG in Perth where he was responsible for the provision of advisory and audit services to companies listed on the ASX, large private companies, and a variety of trust accounts for legal practitioners, settlement and real estate agents.
He has extensive experience within the commerce and accounting professions, both in Australia and Europe, working for Moore Stephens UK and AIG Insurance Plc (European division based in UK).
He is involved in the Institute of Chartered Accountants including the marking of examination papers, focus session facilitator and formerly as a PY workshop leader. He is currently involved in facilitating the modules for Financial Reporting and Assurance, Taxation and Financial Reporting and CA Foundations.
